In simple steps, it enables brands and influencers to get introduced to each other while exchanging their scope of work. The seamless and transparent mechanism of WORD Marketplace makes it an ideal influencer marketing platform.
WORD Marketplace has no minimum entry fees for brands to create and publish their campaigns. They only have to pay the influencers for their services. Influencers can reap the benefits of the platform by paying a minimum commission at the end of each project.
An influencer is someone who has an authentic following of more than 5000 people on social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
At WORD Marketplace, we welcome all kinds of brands, including advertising agencies, PR, and media firms, to be part of our platform.
Yes, WORD Marketplace strictly follows the FTC’s Influencer Endorsement Regulations.
Influencers who have an account on the WORD Marketplace app are the ones who generate the content for the brand campaigns.
Influencers own the content, unless brands wish to purchase the licence for the posts upon negotiated prices with the influencers.
We’re open to Instagram and Facebook.
When brands upload their campaign briefs, influencers create posts based on the brief. While brands can be represented by PR agencies or media associates, WORD Marketplace only allows influencers to create their own posts.
Since influencers create posts for brands in return for monetary benefits, the content created is owned by the influencer. The brands, however, can choose to purchase the content to repurpose on other channels.
When the influencer submits their content based on the brand’s campaign brief with their quoted price, the brand decides if the influencer can publish directly to selected social media channels and then go ahead with the payment. The brand can also ‘Suggest Changes’ to the content or quoted price, to which the influencer will have to re-submit their post or move on. If the brand disapproves the content, they can select ‘No Thanks’.
The influencer should keep the post live on their feed for a period of 30 days. After which, the influencer can either delete the post or leave the post untouched.

While sometimes influencers’ content might not appear as premium as you want it to be, the value of the content should be measured by the interaction with their followers and their credibility. If you're still not completely satisfied with their submission, you can always choose to either reject or ask for a re-submission.
While we can’t control the creativity of an influencer, we can guide you through other submissions that you can seek inspiration from. Contact us at hello@whatstheword.co If you have any queries.
Thoroughly go through influencers’ social feed to understand if their tone and engagement is the best fit for your brand.
It’s very subjective, if you may ask. Influencers are valued based on their creativity, brand value, following, engagement level, and most importantly, how well they fit your brand.
